KCLB GOVERNOR'S AWARD RIBBON CUTTING
August 25th a ribbon cutting event was held at the Texas shaped artwork located at the rest area on FM 306. All of the Canyon Lake community was invited to celebrate the official presentation of the "Governor's community achievement award for conserving and enhancing the natural resources of Texas". In attendance were the current Keep Canyon Lake Beautiful Board members, representatives from WORD, Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce members and County Commissioners for Precincts 1 & 2 as well as friends and partners of KCLB. Special thank you to all that attended or participated by donating, volunteering or just cheering from the sidelines. Let's keep the momentum going and continue to work together to protect the place we all love.
